Hi, I’m Chase, a travel industry leader with over 12 years of experience developing growth strategies for travel companies and destinations. I joined Skift Advisory in 2024 to advise DMO leaders on destination development, management, marketing, and investment. I build and implement strategic plans that help my clients outperform their peers.

I spent most of my career at Deloitte Consulting before joining Skift Advisory. At Deloitte, I developed growth strategies for clients in the travel and tourism industry, including leading hotel brands, multinational airlines, and private equity investors. I also led business operations at Locale, a venture-backed hospitality startup, worked for World Bicycle Relief in Zambia, and founded my own hospitality real estate development firm.

I’m a proud Oregonian who hates the rain, so now I live in Hermosa Beach, CA with my wife, son, and golden retriever. I love to travel and have been to nearly 70 countries. When I’m not traveling, I love cycling, hiking, and taking my family to the beach.

I hold an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations, magna cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College. I am fluent in English and jealous of my multilingual colleagues.
